Carroll Engineering, Inc. offers Surveying and Civil Engineering Services. We provide Boundary and Topographic Surveys; Public and Private site civil engineering design; Public Works Improvement Engineering; Construction Staking and Construction Support.

The President of the firm is Bryce Carroll. Bryce is a Registered Civil Engineer with 33 years of Land Development and Public Works Engineering experience. Bryce was a Project Manager and Vice President with Ruth & Going, Inc. of San Jose for 19 years. He then spent two years as the in-house Civil Engineer for Saratoga Development Company of Campbell. Since January of 1993, Bryce has been owner and principal engineer for Carroll Engineering, Inc., located at 1101 So. Winchester Boulevard, Suite #H184 in San Jose, CA. He has project experience in both private site development projects, as well as public works improvement projects.

During the past several years we have been involved with over 100 elementary, middle and high school or university projects in the Bay Area as well as the East Bay. The projects range from large campuses of 50 acres to the relocation of single portables on one site.

As a small firm, we are committed to providing the responsive personal service that our clients throughout the Santa Clara Valley require. Carroll Engineering, Inc. is committed to providing quality service and client satisfaction. Our staff consists of a licensed Civil Engineer, an Assistant Civil Engineer, one CAD Operator, a licensed Land Surveyor and chainman, and an Administrative Assistant.

We have worked with several architectural firms, as well as developers and builders over the past twelve (12) years on short and long-term projects. We have completed school design projects, shopping center expansions, industrial/warehouse projects, multi-family and single family home projects, theme park and recreation projects.
