Carroll Engineering (CEI) provides full service land surveys including Topographic and Boundary Surveys for large and small projects, Records of Survey, Parcel and Subdivision Maps, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions and Plats, Property Lines and Corner Searches, GPS and Aerial Mapping. Our work has included 80 acre topo and boundary surveys, amusement park surveys, subdivision mapping and single lot surveys, and lot corner restoration. Our survey department and design department work very closely together to insure no conflicts between design drawings and actual field conditions. We employ the latest instrumentation for theodolites, robotic surveys and GPS capabilities in our surveys.
