We have extensive project experience in site development projects providing design and project management for a variety of school sites and university campuses, both public and private, as well as public works improvement projects and private commercial and residential projects.

Carroll Engineering, Inc. is committed to providing quality service and client satisfaction. Our staff consists of three licensed Civil Engineers, one Project Engineer, two Assistant Engineers, one licensed Land Surveyor, two Assistant Land Surveyors, two CAD Operators, an Office Manager/Bookkeeper and an Office Assistant.
During the past several years we have been involved with over 300 elementary, middle and high school or college projects in the Bay Area. The projects range from large campuses of 50 acres to the relocation of single portables on one site. We have also designed multi-family high-rise residential sites, and single family custom home projects as well as numerous commercial office and retail projects. We have worked with many architectural firms, as well as developers and builders, over the past 24 years on short and long-term projects, completing shopping center expansions, medical/health care facilities, industrial/warehouse projects, multi-family and single family home projects, theme park and recreation projects. We have performed work for local public agencies providing surveying and engineering for street improvements and storm drain improvements.
Carroll Engineering staff work well with and cooperate with other project design team members, City and County staff and owners. We pride ourselves on retaining clients for future and referral work.
